Clinical Biochemistry and Hormones

The Clinical Biochemistry and hormones department is primarily focused on analyzing various biomarkers or analytes in body fluids, predominantly serum and plasma.

We ensure comprehensive diagnostic capabilities by utilizing a variety of techniques and analysers including automated clinical chemistry & electrolyte analyzers, Immunoassay analyzers, Blood Gas analyzers, Osmometers, HbA1c analyzers, ELISA, Colorimetry, Spectrophotometry, Fluorometry, Nephelometry, Turbidimetry, Electrochemistry, Electrophoresis (Hb & Protein), Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry and facilities for newborn screening.
