Academic Excellence at AIG Hospitals
At AIG Hospitals, Continuing Medical Education is not an obligation, it is a defining culture. The institution is widely recognized for conducting one of the highest numbers of CMEs by any single healthcare organization in the country each year, reflecting its deep commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
Through a dynamic mix of academic formats, including high-impact webinars, focused short courses, LIVE procedure transmissions, and immersive hands-on workshops, AIG creates continuous learning opportunities across more than 15 medical specialties. These programs are designed to go beyond theory, enabling clinicians to directly engage with evolving techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices. Following key infrastructure is exclusively used for academic purposes:
- A 400-seater Auditorium with one of the largest LED screens in the country.
- Two 150-seater Auditoriums (one in Gachibowli and one in Banjara Hills)
- A 50-seater academic studio
- Breakout rooms all equipped with latest AV systems
- A fully integrated broadcast studio for 4K LIVE Transmission of surgical/endoscopic procedures
- A dedicated Skill Labs for wet lab training and several medical simulators
A key enabler of this academic momentum is the IMA–AIG Chapter, which regularly hosts structured CME sessions, fostering peer-to-peer learning and strengthening connections within the medical community. Combined with AIG's in-house academic initiatives, this ensures a steady flow of knowledge exchange between experts, practitioners, and emerging specialists.
By consistently investing in education at scale, AIG Hospitals is not only upgrading individual competencies but also elevating standards of care across the broader healthcare ecosystem.
