Professional Synopsis:

Dr. Sai Kalyan Savarapu is a dynamic & innovative Neurosurgeon with vast experience in the field of Brain and Spine surgery.

He started as a University topper in the Neurosurgery super specialty entrance exam and was awarded the MCh degree after a successful residency program at Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad.

He then set off to gain international experience in Spine Surgery at the prestigious Walton Centre of Neurology & Neurosurgery in Liverpool, United Kingdom. After this, he traveled to Japan to do a Fellowship(WFNS Scholarship) in Cerebrovascular and Skullbase surgery at Fujita Health University, Nagoya, Japan.

After gaining insights and skills from the West & the far East, he returned home to India to work as Senior Resident at Gandhi General Hospital and later as a Consultant in KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad before joining as a Senior Consultant in AIG Hospital. In the last 11 years, he has successfully operated on several complex cases of brain and spine surgeries.

In addition to his extensive clinical experience, he was also a faculty for the National Board of Examination (DNB).

As a keen academic, he presented in national & international conferences, published articles in reputed national and international journals and delivered guest lectures in many CME programs.
