Professional Synopsis:

Dr. Nitin Jagtap is a senior consultant at Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad with more than 10 years of experience. He has a special interest in clinical gastroenterology, advanced endoscopic interventions, especially ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound and Metabolic & Bariatric Endoscopy.

He has numerous original publications in international and national indexed journals, along with book chapters in international and national medical books. He is a peer reviewer for many reputed international and national medical journals. He is also an editorial board member for Journal of Digestive Endoscopy which is official journal of Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI). He is an invited expert for live demonstrations and lectures for major national conferences.

Apart from his academic and clinical expertise, he is expert in biomedical statistics and personal finance. He is actively teaching statistics and personal finance to other doctors. He is currently governing council member for Society of GI Endoscopy of India (SGEI).
