Professional Synopsis:

Dr Arif Mohd Khan has an illustrious career in the field of oncology. He pursued Doctorate of Medicine in Oncology from Asia’s largest cancer centre, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Before pursuing DM degree he has worked in Oncology Dept AIIMS, New Delhi for one year.

During his tenure of 4 years in Tata Memorial Hospital, he gained immense experience in managing all solid, haematological cancers and bone marrow transplant. He has 8 years of experience in the field of oncology and has published his research work on osteosarcoma in European journal of cancer. He is well versed with the recent advancement of cancer drug treatment like targeted and immunotherapy.

• Special interests: GI Cancers, Head & Neck Cancer, Lung Cancer, Breast & Gynecologic Cancers, Urological Cancers & Lymphomas/Leukemias.
• Procedures: Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, Intrathecal Chemotherapy, PICC line insertion, central line insertion, Hickman line insertion etc.
