Dr. Anand V Kulkarni is Senior Consultant Hepatologist with over 10 years of clinical experience treating all liver diseases. He completed his DM in Hepatology from the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS, New Delhi) a premier institute in Asia for liver care. He was awarded the Best Fellow by American Association for Study of Liver Disease (AASLD) for presenting the best research abstract and also awarded the Honorary membership of Asia Pacific Association for study of Liver (APASL). He was also awarded the academic excellence award from ILBS. He was selected as a core committee member of AASLD Portal Hypertension Education Special Interest Group. He is now elected as a core member of Liver transplantation Education group of AASLD. He has around 120+ publications to his credit of which many are in reputed international journals, such as Hepatology, JHep, AJG, APT, Liver international, and NEJM. He is also an active reviewer for many journals around the world.
