Dr. Anand Gupta is a Senior consultant critical care with anesthesia as base specialty,at Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad, with 12 years of experience. He was trained under reputed institute in Delhi and Medanta the Medicity gurgaon. Dr.Anand has an ample experience in managment of solid organ transplant (more than 2500 liver transplant/kidney/intestine/bonemarrow ) and specialised in gastro and liver critical care.He has very rich experience in point of care ultrasound for assessment and procedures.He is an instructor of WINFOCUS ultrasound course.Dr Anand is well-versed in management of all types of critically ill patients needing ICU care including Mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, renal replacement therapy (dialysis),IABP in the ICU and use of extracorporeal devices like ECMO.

Dr. Anand Gupta has delivered many lectures as faculty in many state and national ISCCM conferences and WINFOCUS conferences.

His primary areas of interests in Transplant Critical Care, liver and gastro critical care and Neuro critical care. He also makes sure to provide high quality medical care to critically ill patients.
