Professional Synopsis:

Dr. Amarnath Raju is a Consultant in HPB and Liver Transplant surgery at AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad. He is a highly qualified and well-trained Hepato-pancreatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgeon with over 10 years of experience. He completed his Masters in Surgery from Osmania Medical College. He also secured University first and Gold medal in MCh GI Surgery exit exam.

He completed prestigious ASTS Solid organ transplant surgery fellowship from Methodist University Hospitals, TN, USA. After completing his fellowship he worked as a faculty in the same hospital before joining in AIG Hospitals. Apart from Liver he also gained very good skills in Kidney and Pancreas transplant surgery.

Dr. Kadimella has presented many award-winning papers and posters in National and International conferences. He has won ICMR award for his research work accepted in World Pancreas Forum, Bern, Switzerland. He also won back-to-back Travel bursary awards to present his work in IDDF, Hong Kong. He recently presented a study on Laparoscopic donor hepatectomy in the prestigious American Transplant Congress, Boston Massachusetts USA.
